Before you contact us
If you can, prepare a few clear photos of the item(s) you want to sell, along with a rough idea of their age and general condition. This helps us give you a faster initial estimate over the phone or WhatsApp before the actual visit — but it isn’t required to reach out.
During the visit
Our visiting team arrives at the agreed time, physically inspects the item (condition, age, brand if any, and current demand for it), then offers you a price and explains how they reached it. You’re free to accept or decline with no obligation whatsoever.
After you agree
If you accept the price, we usually pick up the item during that same visit and pay in cash or an instant transfer, whichever suits you. No deferred invoices, no pickup appointments that make you wait weeks.
